Truth on labels?

If I use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream in my cheesecakes, does that make them low fat? Surely the two and a half pounds of cream cheese and seven eggs in the recipe wouldn't bother a nutritionist. Really, there isn't that much sugar in the whole cake and nobody (except maybe me) would eat the whole thing.  Maybe it is the chocolate chips that add the fat? After all, the raspberry coulis must meet a fruit requirement somehow. The graham cracker crust must have some fiber in it and we know how important that element has become in our diet.

Besides, mom used to serve it for breakfast so you know it is good for you.

Looking forward to a busy day of baking today, hope you have great holiday plans too.
